Justin Greenberg
Attorney at Law
I graduated John Marshall Law School located in Downtown Chicago in 2003. At that time, I began representing Creditors who were owed money for outstanding debts. I became very good at collecting money on behalf of Companies and Corporations who were chasing after individuals. However, I realized that I wanted something more from my Legal Career.
With family roots in Arizona, a move back to Phoenix in 2015 offered a chance to escape the very cold Chicago winters and start fresh. Thereafter, I soon realized that was a major need in the community to help and represent injured workers. The Workers Compensation Carriers always had Defense Attorneys, Insurance Adjusters, and the Employers on their side. However, often times injured workers weren’t being adequately represented or compensated due to the uneven playing field. Thus, I founded Greenberg Law Center and devoted my practice to representing injured workers in Arizona.
I haven’t looked back since while representing Thousands of Injured Workers for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, I have realized that injured workers often get steamrolled if their Case isn’t pursued correctly from the start. There are many unforgiving deadlines and technicalities that put injured workers in a difficult spot from the moment of their injury. Through my experience and on the job training, I have reviewed numerous fact patterns and thus I am able to sense the flow of the Case and understand the potential value of the Case in short order. I also pride myself as having an open line of direct communication with my Clients. I believe a collaborative effort between myself and my individual Clients is what leads to the most success. I am very good at what I do and I represent my Clients tirelessly because I work with Passion. I feel lucky to represent injured workers in AZ because this area of law is fun, interesting, challenging, and thought provoking all at the same time.
I have lived approximately half of my life in Illinois and half of my life in Arizona. Prior to Law School, I had graduated from the University of Arizona in 2000. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated fan of Chicago sports, particularly the NFL and MLB, and enjoy playing fantasy sports. As a proud father, I love watching my son excel both in sports and school. I live by the motto of work hard, play hard, and treat all people, no matter their lot in life, with genuine respect. I feel fortunate to call Arizona home and count my Blessings on a regular basis to live in such a wonderful state.
